The electrolytes in Fuel X are formulated to replace everything you lose during exercise, no sticky bars, gels or chews required. 

 

• Matcha GreenTea is made with REAL Matcha so you will benefit from naturally occurring caffeine (11mg per scoop). No synthetic caffeine is used in any of FIXX’s products. 

• Tropical Fruits flavour is the On Course choice nutrition at events including Gold Coast Marathon and Ultra-Trail Australia. 

• Nude, unflavoured fuel X tastes like slightly sweetened water. It can be used in conjunction with other Fuel X flavours if you prefer a milder taste or by itself.

How to use:

• 1 scoop = 100 Calories

• 1 Sachet = 200 Calories

• 1-2 Scoops for the first hour

• 2-3 scoops per hour thereafter using hunger as a guide.

Add to 500-700mL of water, shake/ stir well to dissolve and enjoy. Adjust to your caloric needs and session time.
