Pace Athletic and On Running have teamed up to support the Gotcha4Life Foundation, raising awareness for mental health. Our aim is to raise $10,000 that we can put towards a cause we have all been affected by or know someone who has been affected by it.
Who’s in the Team?
Anyone can sign up and join us on this journey! With all levels of fitness joining our team, we want to build a community that can spread awareness and help raise funds for the Gotcha4Life Foundation, all while having fun doing it.
Why join the Pace x On team?
It’s not just about a 14km run, we want to help build mental fitness. Once you’ve signed up, we’ll set you up with a training program catered to your level of fitness. You’ll unlock rewards along the journey and get involved with like minded people. You’ll get access to our City2Surf Run Club where On Running will provide test shoes and goodies on some weeks, finishing with a couple of drinks with the team.
Gotcha4Life is a not-for-profit foundation with a goal of zero suicides, taking action by delivering mental fitness programs that engage, educate and empower local communities. Their programs create meaningful mateship, build emotional muscle, and strengthen social connection in local communities. They focus on early intervention and the power of prevention through connection because we know we are all stronger, together. Gotcha4Life was established as a not-for-profit foundation by media personality Gus Worland in 2017.
We have a big goal and that is to raise $10,000 for mental health. Pace Athletic and On Running want to give back to our team mates that are helping us reach that goal so we have come up with a plan to get you geared up for the big event.
The first 30 people to raise $200 in the Pace x On team, will be given a free pair of On Running socks or an On Running cap.
The first 30 people to raise $500 in the Pace x On team, will be given a free On Running Performance Shirt or Tank.
The first 30 people to raise $1,000 in the Pace x On team, will be given a free pair of On Running shoes.
Prizes and gifts will also be given out over the next few months.
Want to meet your Pace x On teammates? From the first week of June, you can join us at our weekly City2Surf Run Club!
We will be training weekly for the race and catering our training to all levels of fitness. It’s not just about training though, we want to get to know our teammates and cause supporters. Our City2Surf Run Club will start off with a 5km run, catered to all levels of fitness. You can walk, jog, skip or sprint your way through with teammates. We’ll finish up with a few drinks and a chat at the end.

Will this cost me money if I join?
You will need to purchase your ticket under the Pace x On team but there is no extra cost in joining in. We’ve got the rest covered!
How will the money be donated?
All donations will go straight to the Gotcha4Life Foundation through our fundraising page.
Do I have to do the Run Club?
Not at all! We would love to see you there but we definitely don’t want to put any pressure on it, you can be as involved as you feel comfortable to be.
Our City2Surf Run Club is a free social run that we want to offer our team. We will cater to all levels of fitness, whether you want to walk, jog or run.
