Pace Athletic stores offer a free Gear-Check service for Ultra-Trail Kosciuszko coming up on November 27th - 29th 2025.

To make sure we have staff available to check your gear, see below for available time slots. Please remember to bring all required items

Our free gear-check service is available Monday to Friday only throughout November, with two daily booking windows designed to avoid peak retail hours:

Morning Slot: 9:30 am – 11:00 am

Evening Slot: 5:45 pm – 6:15 pm

No weekend slots available. Gear checks are free. These timeslots are essential to help us manage staff time and ensure every athlete gets proper attention.

Kosci Gear List

The UTMB Kosci event takes you deep into alpine terrain and unpredictable weather. According to the official mandatory gear list, all runners must carry specific items at all times. Gear List

If you arrive on race weekend without compliant gear you risk delays, penalties or even being unable to start. Our in-store gear-check gives you confidence, saves staff time on race day… and ensures you focus on the trail, not forgotten kit.
