1. Ecommerce Retention Lead
Role Summary:
Lead initiatives to increase customer lifetime value through personalised retention strategies, loyalty programs, and post-purchase engagement. This role focuses on driving repeat purchases, optimizing email/SMS marketing, and creating seamless customer journeys to build long-term brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns via email, SMS, and other retention channels.
  • Optimise post-purchase communication strategies to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Manage and enhance loyalty and rewards programs to maximise participation and engagement.
  • Develop targeted segmentation strategies to personalise offers and content.
  • Oversee customer win-back strategies to re-engage lapsed buyers.
  • Collaborate with customer service to improve retention-focused customer interactions.
  • Leverage customer data to refine retention strategies and campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimise subscription and replenishment models to drive recurring revenue.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in retention marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
    Proven track record in email & SMS marketing strategy and execution.
  • Experience with loyalty and rewards programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and customer data platforms.
  • Ability to create and manage automated customer journeys.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce, and customer service teams.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation.

2. Ecommerce Conversion Lead
Role Summary:
The Conversion Lead is responsible for optimising the eCommerce shopping experience, ensuring a frictionless path to purchase, and improving key conversion metrics. This role will work closely with the eCommerce, UX/UI, and development teams to enhance website performance, run A/B tests, and ensure a seamless checkout process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously optimise the website for improved user experience and conversion rates.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to refine site design, product pages, and checkout flows.
  • Reduce cart abandonment and improve checkout conversion rates through UX enhancements.
  • Develop on-site personalisation strategies to increase engagement and average order value (AOV).
  • Optimise search functionality and product merchandising for a seamless customer journey.
  • Monitor site performance and work with developers to ensure fast load times and mobile optimisation.
  • Utilise heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics to identify areas of friction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and acquisition teams to align messaging and on-site experiences.

 

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in eCommerce
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Experience running A/B tests using tools like Google Optimise, Convert.com, or Optimizely.
  • Knowledge of Shopify and eCommerce best practices.
  • Strong understanding of user behaviour and website analytics.
  • Experience working with developers and UX designers to implement changes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot site performance issues and work towards solutions.
  • Some coding ability preferred

3. Ecommerce Acquisition Lead
Role Summary:
The Acquisition Lead is responsible for driving new customer growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This role will develop and execute paid media campaigns, organic growth strategies, and partnerships to maximise brand awareness and attract high-intent customers. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, experience managing digital acquisition channels, and a deep understanding of performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Drive organic traffic growth through SEO, content marketing, and partnerships.
    Optimise customer acquisition cost (CAC) while maintaining a strong return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Identify and scale affiliate and influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Own referral programmes and strategies to encourage word-of-mouth growth.
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure alignment between marketing assets and campaigns.
  • Leverage customer data and analytics to refine audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and test new customer acquisition channels.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets and optimising for CAC & ROAS.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Experience with affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships.
  • Proficiency in running A/B tests and campaign performance analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and eCommerce teams.

4. Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

Role Summary:
Manage social media channels to drive community engagement, grow brand presence, and support marketing efforts. Bring a keen eye for visually eye-catching content that performs well and resonates with the audience. Work closely and collaboratively with the Marketing Manager and Content Team to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with broader marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with brand goals.
  • Write engaging, on-brand copy for social media posts and campaigns.
  • Create and manage content calendars for all social media platforms.
  • Foster community engagement through active communication and interaction.
  • Monitor trends, audience interactions, and adjust strategies for optimized reach.
  • Analyze social media performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support SEO efforts to drive organic growth.
  • Collaborate and support email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
  • Monitor and respond to social media engagement.
  • Ensure content is visually appealing and optimized for performance across platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media strategy and community engagement.
  • Strong writing, communication, and design skills with a keen eye for visually compelling content.


5. Graphic Designer
Role Summary:
Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and the website to ensure cohesive branding and engaging visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create graphics for digital and print campaigns, including social media posts, email banners, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency.
