Marketing Manager – Pace Athletic
Pace Athletic is a run-specialty retailer with a fast-growing community, strong brand partnerships, and a mission to redefine what a running store can be: authentic, inclusive, and creatively unique.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can bring structure, leadership, and rhythm to our marketing function, connecting the dots between brand, digital, and retail to create campaigns that inspire runners, strengthen brand partnerships, and drive results.
About the Role
With a planned start date of January 2026, the Marketing Manager will lead campaign planning, execution, and brand strategy across both retail and e-commerce.
You’ll oversee a talented in-house marketing team, including our Community & Events Lead, Social Media Coordinator, Brand & Creative Lead, Graphic Designer, and Videographer, while working closely with our Digital and Retail departments to ensure every campaign feels cohesive across all touchpoints.
This isn’t a purely creative role. It’s about leadership, coordination, and connected planning. You’ll focus on building awareness, storytelling, and demand, while collaborating with Digital and Retail to ensure that demand is effectively captured and converted.
Marketing acts as the brand and content engine that fuels the Digital and Retail team’s funnel, working together to connect creative storytelling with data-led performance.
