1. Ecommerce Acquisition Lead
Role Summary:
The Acquisition Lead is responsible for driving new customer growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This role will develop and execute paid media campaigns, organic growth strategies, and partnerships to maximise brand awareness and attract high-intent customers. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, experience managing digital acquisition channels, and a deep understanding of performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive organic traffic growth through SEO, content marketing, and partnerships.
Optimise customer acquisition cost (CAC) while maintaining a strong return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Identify and scale affiliate and influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Own referral programmes and strategies to encourage word-of-mouth growth.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure alignment between marketing assets and campaigns.
- Leverage customer data and analytics to refine audience segmentation and targeting.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and test new customer acquisition channels.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets and optimising for CAC & ROAS.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics (GA4)
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience with affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships.
- Proficiency in running A/B tests and campaign performance analysis.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and eCommerce teams.
5. Graphic Designer
Role Summary:
Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and the website to ensure cohesive branding and engaging visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create graphics for digital and print campaigns, including social media posts, email banners, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency.
- Develop templates and design assets for recurring needs.
- Support creative direction for product launches and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
