Job Overview: As our Social Media Manager / Content Creator, you'll shape our brand's online presence and engage with our community. You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Create high-quality, compelling content for our social media channels.
- Produce and edit engaging videos showcasing our products and customer stories.

    - Collaborate with the marketing team on broader initiatives.
    - Monitor social media channels and engage with our community.
    - Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

      - Understand our business, customers, and the running community.
      - Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
      - Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools.
      - Basic knowledge of photo and video editing software.
      - Excellent communication skills.

      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
      - While proficiency in video production and editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro would be a bonus, it's not a strict requirement. However, we're excited about the possibility of the selected candidate joining us at events and some of our run clubs to capture content.

        Ecommerce Assistant - Castle Hill Office


        Position Overview: 

        Pace Athletic is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Assistant to support our growing online business. In this role, you will assist with various ecommerce activities, ensuring our online store operates smoothly and provides an excellent customer experience.

        Key Responsibilities:

        - Assist in managing product listings, including uploading new products, updating descriptions, and ensuring accurate pricing.
        - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to maintain stock accuracy.
        - Help process online orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
        - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email and chat
        - Assist with digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media, and online promotions.
        - Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
        - Collaborate with the ecommerce manager on special projects and initiatives.


        - Previous experience in ecommerce or retail is preferred.
        - Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
        - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
        - Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is a plus.
        - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work setting.
