Defence Order Form

Pace Athletic is an Australian retailer and can provide quotes, orders, and invoices in a format that meets the requirements of the Australian Government Department of Defence purchase order process. If you have an allowance for a purchase order, please submit your request via the form below:

Requests are quoted within 3 business days. If further details are required or any information is missing/incorrect, our team will contact you by email. If you don’t hear from us within this timeframe or wish to amend a request, please reach out here.

This process is reserved for eligible Defence personnel and authorised procurement officers. Requests from other parties will not be processed. Please note that any requests outstanding for more than 45 days will be automatically cancelled and will need to be resubmitted. For any questions, please contact our customer service team.
