Shipping & Delivery
Processing Times
• Orders placed before 11AM AEST ship same business day.
• Orders placed after 11AM ship next business day.
• Orders placed after 11AM Friday ship Monday.
• Peak periods (Black Friday/Cyber Monday, sales, holidays) may see minor delays.
Domestic Shipping
Delivery (from dispatch):
• Express: 1–3 business days
• Standard: 2–8 business days
Most parcels are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL). This cannot be changed to signature-required once dispatched. If marked delivered to the address provided, responsibility transfers to the customer.
International Shipping
• Shipped via DHL or Australia Post.
• Delivery times vary by country.
• Duties/taxes are paid by the recipient.
