What counts as a PB?
To qualify, your Personal Best must be achieved between 1 August and 31 August in a major running event or official timed race, and must be faster than your previous official timed race over the same distance.

Which shoes are eligible?
Any full-priced Mizuno Hyperwarp shoe purchased directly from Pace Athletic during the promotion period is eligible. Discounted or marked-down purchases are excluded.
When can I purchase my shoes?
Eligible shoes must be purchased between 1 August and 31 August.
When must I run my PB?
Your qualifying Personal Best must also be achieved between 1 August and 31 August at a major running event or official timed race.
Which races and distances qualify?
A major running event or official timed race qualifies. Your Personal Best must be measured against a previous official timed race over the same distance.
What is considered a Personal Best?
A Personal Best means a faster time than your previous official timed race over the same distance.
Does my Strava activity need to be public?
Yes. The qualifying activity must be publicly viewable when the claim is submitted so Pace Athletic can verify the result.
How many refunds are available?
Five refunds are available in total. They will be awarded to the first five valid, verified and eligible claims received.
Can I submit my claim in-store?
Yes. Claims can be submitted through Pace Athletic Customer Service online or at any Pace Athletic store.
Can I claim more than once?
No. The promotion is limited to one approved refund per customer.
Can I use another running app?
No. A publicly viewable Strava activity is required for verification.
What if all five refunds have already been claimed?
Once five eligible claims have been approved, the promotion closes and no further refunds will be awarded.
How will my refund be processed?
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method only. Cash alternatives, store credit and transfers to another payment method are not available. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Promotion details
1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Pace Athletic. Insert Pace Athletic's legal entity name, ABN and business address before publishing.
2. Promotion period
The promotion begins at 12:00am AEST on 1 August and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 August. Both the purchase of the eligible Mizuno Hyperwarp shoe and the qualifying Personal Best must occur during this period. Insert the exact year before publishing.
3. Eligible products and purchases
- Any full-priced Mizuno Hyperwarp shoe purchased directly from Pace Athletic.
- The eligible product must be purchased during the promotion period.
- Discounted, marked-down or otherwise reduced purchases are excluded.
- The claimant must be the customer named on, or reasonably linked to, the eligible purchase.
4. Eligible races
- A major running event or official timed race completed between 1 August and 31 August.
- The event must publish an official result that Pace Athletic can verify.
5. Personal Best requirement
A Personal Best is a finishing time faster than the claimant's previous result from an official timed race over the same distance. A first attempt at a distance does not qualify as a Personal Best for this promotion.
6. Claim requirements
- Valid proof of purchase from Pace Athletic.
- A direct link to the claimant's public Strava activity.
- Proof of the claimant's previous official timed race result over the same distance.
- An event photo showing the claimant raced in the eligible Mizuno Hyperwarp shoes.
- The claimant's full name and contact details.
- Any additional information reasonably requested by Pace Athletic for verification.
7. Refund limit and allocation
- The promotion is limited to five approved refunds in total.
- Refunds will be awarded to the first five valid and verified eligible claims received.
- Claims will be assessed in the order they are received.
- Once five claims have been approved, the promotion closes.
- One approved refund is permitted per customer.
8. Refund value
An approved claimant will receive a refund equal to the amount actually paid for the eligible Mizuno Hyperwarp shoe. The refund will be returned to the original payment method only. Cash alternatives, store credit and transfers to another payment method are not available.
9. General
- The offer is not transferable.
- The promotion cannot be combined with another discount or promotional offer.
- Pace Athletic may reject incomplete, late, fraudulent or unverifiable claims.
- Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
