Run Club Partner Discount Program Terms & Conditions

 

These are the Terms and Conditions of the Pace Athletic Partner Program by Trasa Holdings Pty Ltd ABN 99 165 790 643 (‘Pace Athletic’) effective as at 11th May 2026.

By participating in the Pace Run Club Partner Discount Program, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

The Run Club Partner Discount Program is available only to customers who have registered through an approved Pace run club or business partner pathway and have been accepted into the program.

Participation in the program is subject to approval by Pace Athletic and may be withdrawn at any time at Pace Athletic’s discretion.

Discount Offer

Eligible customers will receive 10% off eligible products for the duration of their approved partner period.

The discount is valid on full-price items only and excludes:

• new releases during their first 14 days from launch date

• sale and markdown items

• gift cards

• watches

• technology products

Pace Athletic reserves the right to amend the list of excluded products and categories at any time without notice.

Running Rewards Program Exclusion

Customers who elect to participate in the Run Club Partner Discount Program will not be eligible to participate in the Running Rewards program for the duration of their partner discount period.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• earning points on purchases

• progressing into Running Rewards tiers

• redeeming Running Rewards benefits or rewards

It is the customer’s responsibility to choose which program they wish to participate in. Customers cannot receive the benefits of both programs at the same time.

Partner Period

Approved partner discount access is valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of approval or enrolment, unless otherwise determined by Pace Athletic.

At the end of the 12-month period, partner status will expire automatically and will not roll over.

Reassessment and Renewal

To continue participating in the Run Club Partner Discount Program beyond the initial 12-month period, partners must re-engage with Pace Athletic stores for reassessment of their partner status.

Continued participation is not guaranteed and remains subject to review and approval by Pace Athletic.

General Conditions

The Run Club Partner Discount Program is non-transferable and is intended only for the approved customer linked to the registered account.

Pace Athletic reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the program, or any individual customer’s access to the program, at any time and without notice where misuse, abuse, or ineligibility is suspected.

Any misuse of the program, including sharing access outside the approved partner pathway or using the discount contrary to these terms, may result in removal from the program.

Changes to Terms

Pace Athletic reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
