Welcome to the Pace Partner Program
Thanks for partnering with Pace Athletic.
The Pace Partner Program gives eligible members of your community access to an exclusive offer at Pace. It’s our way of supporting the run clubs, communities and business partners who help shape the wider running scene.
As an approved partner, your role is simple: share the official QR code via your welcome pack or registration link with your members so they can register through the correct pathway.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Pace Partner Program gives eligible members of approved run clubs and business partners access to:
10% off full-price products at Pace Athletic
Use the assets provided on this page when communicating the program with your members.
They should register using the same email address they use, or plan to use, with Pace.
Once processed, eligible members will have their partner access linked to their customer account.
SHARE WITH YOUR MEMBERS
SUGGESTED CHANNELS
You can share the program via WhatsApp group chats, your email newsletter, Instagram story, Facebook group, club communications and at in-person at training or events.

Please avoid creating alternate sign-up links or rewriting the offer terms.

The partner offer is valid on full-price products only.
This offer excludes:
New releases within their first 2 weeks, sale items, gift cards, watches and technology.
Pace reserves the right to update product exclusions where required.
PARTNERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR
RUNNING REWARDS
Customers who choose to participate in the Pace Partner Program will not be eligible for Running Rewards while active in the program.
This includes:
- Earning points on purchases
- Progressing through tiers
- Redeeming rewards
Customers may participate in one program only, at their discretion.
ACCESS PERIOD
Partner access is valid for 12 months (365 days) from approval.
Partner access does not automatically roll over and must be reassessed through Pace at the end of the active period.

PACE ATHLETIC PARTNER PROGRAM
The Pace Athletic Partner Program is our way of supporting local running communities. Approved partners can register to access exclusive Pace Athletic discounts as a thank you for being part of the crew.
Simply fill out this form with your personal details and the Pace team will verify your partnership.
Once you’ve submitted your form, the Pace team will review. If approved, your Pace Athletic customers accounts will automatically be tagged, and your discount will apply at checkout - no more discount codes needed.
The partnership discount is valid for 12 months from approval. After that you’ll need to reapply to continue.
No. Partner access does not automatically roll over and must be reassessed through Pace.
No - the discount is exclusively for partners. Misuse (e.g., posting discounts alongside other retailers or sharing with non-members) may result in removal from the program.
