3 Step

1. Chest Band
The band should be snug but comfortable. Your should fit two fingers under it and shouldnt ride up when you lift your arms. If it digs in, size up; if it rides up, size down.

2. Shoulder Straps
Straps should be supportive, not digging in. Two fingers should fit comfortably between the band and your shoulders. Adjust for the right fit, or size up/down if non-adjustable.

3. Move Around
Move around to ensure the bra fits comfortably. Lean forward or do a squat jump to test the fit. The cups should fully contain the breasts without spillage and minimise movement.
