Recover your run

"Love these run saving pouches. Cramp fix has helped me to finish races after developing painful cramps in calves and quads. Always carry a few of these in my pack and even use them as a preventative measure before cramps appear. Make sure you carry plenty of water to wash them down. Fast and effective."

Worth having in the pack

"I always have one of these in my pack just incase I need it. Have used it once and it worked but I have given more away to other trail runners who are struggling mid race and don’t have it in their own pack. Definitely worth just carrying incase."
