"I've used these a few times now. Folding mechanism is quite straightforward and locking function seems reliable. They fit comfortably across my lower back, tucked into running band loops. Just wish they had been a little less expensive (especially as they are not height-adjustable), and that the instructions were clearer (I've not yet changed to other tips, and not sure how that will go if I ever need to attempt it)."
