"Huma gels are amazing, I always look forward to them on my long runs. Especially the double shot mocha flavour!! I have a pretty sensitive tummy so when it comes to gels and fuel there’s only a select few things I can handle and Huma is one of them. Having said that they are a little expensive so I only get them occasionally and save them for race days or runs I know are going to be super hard."
