"Been using this electrolyte powder for my runs and it’s been working really well. The flavour isn’t quite what I’m used to, but once I mix it into my Salomon flask it’s not overpowering at all and goes down easy. Hydration feels solid and it does the job without being too sweet. Overall, I’d say it’s a step up from the Woolworths one I’ve been buying"
