"These are easy to eat pre-run, with a neutral sweet flavour, that I will normally have just before a longer run. They give a good energy boost in the first part of a run, and I've never had any digestion issues throughout a full run. The bar itself has a mix of oats, rice bran and sweet syrup. They can get a bit sticky, but otherwise pretty no fuss. My go-to before any long training run or race."
