Named after the iconic Boston Marathon, the Adizero Boston 12 is built to support you for mid- to long-distance runs up towards your next big goal.
The Boston 12 brings a race-day feel to training - the speed and propulsiveness, yet without compromising on the durability. The propulsive feel comes from the glass-fibre-infused ENERGYRODS 2.0 technology which limits energy loss underfoot. The Lightstrike Pro cushioning in the midsole, along with the robust Lightstrike 2.0 EVA, strikes the perfect balance between being ultra-light and long-lasting.
The Adidas Boston 12 is a fun and enjoyable super trainer. You will experience the smooth rocker midsole and propulsive EnergyRods without having to worry about durability, making it a viable training counterpart to their racing model Adios Pro 3.

"Unreal shoe with an insane durability. Have run over 700km and only just starting to lose its pop."
"The shoes initially take a little time to get used to, especially once they settle in, but once they do, you really notice that satisfying “thud” and smooth transition with every step. The Lightstrike foam feels beautiful underfoot — light but not overly soft — so you still get a ton of response. There’s plenty of energy return and great stability, thanks to the energy rods. They’re super comfortable for walking and light running, and the balance between cushioning and responsiveness is spot on. Would definitely recommend!"
"Brilliant pair of canoes! These are my 3rd pair of the Boston range, and wont be my last. The crew at pace Athletic are very helpful and know what theyre talking about! Support local, and get to your nearest Pace Athletic store and grab some!"
"Not much more has to be said about the B12s. These are my tempo and race day shoes for up to 10km races or events. The toebox area is generous (I have D-E wide feet), the upper is durable and every step feels reassured. The tongue is on the thin side but it doesn’t bother me. Definitely happy to keep this pair in the rotation."
"I have used bostons for over 10 years and each version keeps getting better. Very light, enough cushioning and support. Use them for everything from speed to slow long run."
"Good looking shoe. Very unique fit. Definately exaggerates the difference in each foot. Is uncomfortable to run slow in but feels great at anything faster than 5:30. Long but narrow shoe. Very airy"
"I wnated a firmer shoe yet one that provided some bounce. Unfortunately, this show feels a bit dead when running intervals/tempo. Nice to feel a solid ground contact yet it just does not give you much back in terms of propulsion."
"Cheap laces, poor tounge along with bad stability around the ankle for me."
"Amazing quality and works for both training and racing. Go half a size down."
"the boston is my favourite training shoe… it holds shape and form for over 1,000km, and never skips a beat."
