"My podiatrist advised me to get these shoes because of the 12mm heel drop. This is supposed to be good for people with Achilles problems. I've tried many different types of shoes and these are the best for me. Aside from the heel drop, I also do not destroy the back of the shoe which I do with most of my other sneakers."
