The Patagonia Micro Puff Jacket uses PlumaFill insulation, a continuous filament synthetic fill that replicates the structure of down while maintaining thermal efficiency even when damp. It is paired with a Pertex® Quantum shell made from NetPlus® 100% recycled nylon, providing windproof protection with a lightweight feel and a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without intentionally added PFAS. Designed with a mobility-focused fit for ease of movement and layering, it also packs down into its own pocket for convenient storage. This combination of warmth, packability, and low weight makes it one of the most versatile insulation layers in Patagonia’s range.
