"Very decent trainer. Fits slightly narrow but still tts. Can pick up the pace a little bit (strides work well) however, wouldn’t be my first choice for a tempo/track day. If you’re looking for a higher drop shoe for your rotation this is a great choice (10mm offset). Very comfortable at easy pace. Have taken 20k long run with no issues."
