The exceptionally breathable and durable Matryx® Jacquard upper is weaved from individually coated polyamide and Kevlar® yarns.
Produced in Ardèche, France, the dyeing process uses between 50-95% less water than other methods.

MIDSOLE

EExpure midsole is a new generation of foam engineered specifically for trail-running shoes, used on 6mm overall drop
The lack of insole padding means that the EExpure foam midsole sits in direct contact with your feet, for best-possible propulsion and compression, less slippage, and way fewer blisters!

OUTSOLE

VIBRAM® Megagrip - Snowy boulders, wet roots, muddy paths – whatever your tackling, VIBRAM® Megagrip is both super-sticky and extra-durable. With ground adaptation that makes your feet, muscles and joints one with nature.
VIBRAM® Litebase outsole drastically reduces 30% of the overall sole weight, through a reduction of the sole thickness by 50%.
While retaining the perfect shape, 3.5mm lugs. The total weight of the shoe is only 200g (US 9).

Love these bad boys

"Believe the hype, there is so much to like about these shoes. Like 1: Light as a feather. Like 2: Feels like the shoes want to move forward, preferably quickly. Like 3: Confidence under foot especially running down hill. Like 4: The grip is next level. Like 5: No inner sole Like 6: Lacing system locks in the foot, feels secure in the heal and more room in the toe box. Like 7: Versatility, I would be comfortable in these shoes for a 10k or 100m race. Like 8: Drain well after submerging them in rivers. Dislike 1: Cost -> Ouch! Dislike 2: took about 80k to break in Dislike 3: For me who has really wide feet, the toe box could be slightly bigger about 2mm. Overall, I plan on running UTMB in these bad boys, I'm a at best mid pack runner, but feel they will carry me through the journey, in my training runs (Up to 50k) I have had no foot complaints."
