My go-to for fueling during a run or race

"I've tried a whole bunch of different gels, but keep coming back to these as my favourite. The packet itself is easy to open, even with sweaty hands, and the neutral taste of the gel is actually quite pleasent. It doesn't give you that hit of intense artificial flavour that then sits in your mouth for the next 30 mins. The energy hit is good, and these have gotten me through some quick races and long runs. It's also a good amount of carbs in a small packet, making it easy to stick a couple of these in a pocket. My go to gel."
