This mix is powered by Cluster Dextrin™, a highly-complex carbohydrate that digests easily and steadily, performing just like real food.
One serving
- 50g of carbohydrates
- 200 calories of energy
- 200mg of sodium
- 4g of sugar
Start by adding one packet to an empty, dry bottle. Add 150ml of water and shake thoroughly. Then add another 150ml water and shake again.
Let it sit for 10–15 minutes if you want it ultra-smooth.
