Somewhat dangerous shoe (depending on foot type)

"Completed an ultra in this shoe (no testing prior. Stupid!) Initially great! Cushioning and carbon spring noticeable. Quick shoe. Maneuverability good too. However, this shoe is no where near wide enough around the middle of the sole. In that all the carbon/cushioning roll your ankles inwards placing a DANGEROUS amount of stress on your Achilles etc. After running not long in you literally feel like someone has kicked you in your Achilles. I’d love to upload a photo to show the comparison between the base of these shoes vs a tecton x / speedgoat / cloud ultra Really disappointing and concerning."

However, this shoe is no where near wide enough around the middle of the sole. I 100% understand everyone’s foot is different but this would significantly harm most people I feel.
