"I couldn’t fit these into any of my running shoes. They are so much thicker than any of the insoles in my road or trail shoes. Definitely try them in your own shoes before you buy them, don’t just order them off the size. They feel like they would be nice to use if they fitted though, maybe if you were buying shoes that were bigger than they would fit nicely but not if your trying to put them in shoes that fit you well already."
