The Nike ZoomX Dragonfly XC is specifically made for cross country racing. It's Nike's top off-road distance spike based on the record-breaking Dragonfly. The ZoomX foam provides an extra boost of energy, while the wider base offers better stability and traction in harsh conditions.
Super snappy, great energy return! You get a good ground feel yet enough cushioning to handle tough cross-country terrains.
The combination of full-length ZoomX foam and a full-length plate optimises resiliency and energy return while staying lightweight

"Great deal, got these on special. Once worn a couple of times but seems to do the job well (I've never worn spikes before getting these). Comes with 2 sets of spike pins and a spike wrench - 12mm pyramids and 9mm needles so versatile for different terrain. Quick draining/drying and ultra lightweight"
"Awesome XC spike"
"A very comfortable shoe, fit for racing any distance in cross country."
"Great price on these spikes but even better was the excellent customer service answering queries on fit. Received a detail reply that thoroughly covered off my questions. Super happy."
"Came in 2 days, perfect condition true to size. I would 100% recommend pace athletic I was a bit sketchy at first but don't second guess!"
"Good colour and quality."
"These shoes are fantastic for cross country. I competed in them today without spikes as there were timber bridges to cross and spikes would not have been appropriate. I took 36 seconds off my time for this course today and won my age group."
