Womens adidas Supernova Rise 3

The adidas Supernova Rise 3 is built for runners who want comfort and performance in every single mile. It pushes the boundaries of what a standard daily trainer can be, delivering exceptional value and simplicity.

The heart of the shoe is the full-length DREAMSTRIKE+ midsole, now updated to be softer and bouncier than before! This responsive, PEBA-based foam works with the integrated Support Rod System to give you a smooth, resilient, and steady ride. You get more foam protecting your joints, making energy return easier with every step.

The adidas Supernova Rise 3 gives you the soft comfort without an overly aggressive rocker. Lightweight and balanced cushion, it's versatile enough to be your go-to for all your easy runs.

What to love:

• Improved midsole foam - lighter, softer, and more responsive

• Lighter than rubber, its pattern works with the Support Rods for neutral steadiness, helping you feel supported even when you fatigue.
