The carbon fiber EnergyRods have been repositioned between a double layer of Lightstrike Pro foam, for a more comfortable underfoot feel similar in the Adios Evo Pro, while still delivering the propulsive ride we all love in racing shoes.

The new upper offer a mucher softer and supportive race-day fit. A mix of Continental and LIGHTTRAXION rubber outsole for added traction on sharp turns and wet surfaces, while reducing the weight.

"The Adidas Adizero Adios Pro 4 feels very light, fast and responsive. I have wide feet, so I went 0. 5 size up and the fit feels much better, with enough room without feeling loose. The cushioning has a nice bounce and gives strong energy return, especially when picking up the pace. The upper fabric feels breathable and comfortable, and the shoe feels smooth for longer runs. I also really like the reflective laces they gave me, it is a nice extra detail and makes the shoes stand out more. Overall, a great racing shoe for speed, comfort and responsiveness."

"I was told to grab a pair of these to increse my speed and lower the shock on my knees. They did not dissapoint. The light weight upper shoe fits comfortably on my narrow feet, I grabbed my regular 7. 5 size, paired with the dense foam lower was amazing to perform a fast 5km without much effort. They stick to the pavement with each step making the ride really secure. I'm in love! Ive packed them up to use for special race days."

"The Adios is more comfortable than you would think for such a light shoe. It's quick and responsive. The cushioning is right balance for a race day shoe. I am a neutral runner with a slight heel strike so probably would not mind a little more stability in the heel but that is just personal preference. Worthwhile move for me from my other race day shoe."
