Mens adidas Adizero Adios Pro 5

The next generation of marathon racing has arrived. adidas continues to push the boundaries of human performance, combining cutting-edge speed innovation with race-proven engineering. Built for super-light speed across 42km, the adidas Adizero Adios Pro 5 is built to chase your fastest marathon finishes.

Featuring responsive LightstrikePro super-foam paired with full-length carbon-infused EnergyRims, this race-day shoe maximizes running economy and energy return. This iteration introduces a newly designed Energy Rim Cradle for significantly enhanced heel stability and controlled foam compression, while an updated Lightlock 2.0 upper delivers a secure, highly breathable fit that locks your foot down when the pace accelerates.

What to love:

• Improved stability with the integration of a new ring-like carbon EnergyRim, to balance out the softness of the foam.
• Lighter in weight through a more streamlined outsole and a more breathable upper.
• A great balance of propulsion, comfort and stability – making it perfect for longer distances, marathon racing.

UPPER

• Lightlock 2.0 Upper: Crafted with one-way stretch textile for a adaptive, distraction-free fit that locks down the midfoot while increasing breathability.

MIDSOLE

• Dual-Layer LightstrikePro Cushioning: Ultra-lightweight, high-rebound super-foam provides maximum underfoot energy return and impact attenuation over long distance efforts.
• Carbon-Infused Energy Rims: Carbon-fiber-infused structures add tuned stiffness through the stride, driving powerful toe-offs and improving running economy.
• Stabilizing Energy Rim Cradle: Improves heel stability compared to previous generations by guiding and controlling foam compression through the rearfoot transition.

OUTSOLE

• Lighttraxion Outsole with Continental™ Rubber: Weight-saving Lighttraxion outsole pattern paired with a high-tack Continental™ rubber toe-off zone for confident grip and smooth, high-speed transitions on dry or wet asphalt.
