The Altra Torin has always been a popular daily trainer, known for its minimalist zero-drop design and the roomy toe box. The new Torin 8 takes this formula to the next level with greatly improved comfort and performance.
The Torin 8 retains its 30mm stack height of the EGO MAX foam, with the foam being lighter than before. Unlike the max-cushion trainers, the Torin allows you to stay connected and feel to the ground while being protective and cushioned. The upper mesh is now more breathable and flexible, with a much more secure heel collar lockdown.
The Altra Torin 8 is for those after a versatile daily trainer with a zero-drop, natural ride, and extra toe room for your body to move freely. It also works great for those wanting a all-day comfort shoe for walking or standing long hours at work.

". . . but I do walk a fair bit. These are THE most comfortable sneakers I've ever worn. I have Tailor's bunions on both feet, and arthritis in one big toe.
