PUMA breaks the mold with the all-new Deviate Pure NITRO —a non-plated running shoe engineered to inject pure speed into your everyday miles. It's protective and forgiving at recovery paces, yet snappy and aggressive when you decide to drop the hammer.
As the latest addition to the award-winning Deviate franchise, this trainer strips speed back to its rawest form. By removing the carbon plate and introducing an evolved, high-rebound midsole, PUMA delivers an incredibly smooth, responsive ride that makes natural speed accessible to every runner. The Deviate Pure Nitro is truly a do-it-all shoe that fits in any runners rotation.

"My first proper running trainers and I’m really happy with them. Super comfy straight out of the box, with a good amount of cushioning without feeling too bulky. I have a wide feet and the fit is not snug and enough room without feeling loose. Supportive and responsive when running. No issues with them feeling heavy or awkward. Ran 4 times in these (easy + tempo) and verdict is: a great first running shoe."
"Feels like a great daily trainer. Nothing fancy, but definitely more roomy in the toes even for my wide feet I had no issues. Upper felt great, one of the better uppers I’ve tried on shoes. Doesn’t feel as fast as an EVO SL but it makes up for it on comfort and stability. The combo of the toe drop and gradual rocker takes some getting used to - feels like it loads you more on the foot, but otherwise no blisters. It just takes a few runs to get used to"
"So comfortable. Feel like wearing slippers. Will be enjoying them for most easier sessions. Do t have the same “pop” as other other tempo trainers I have but still a great shoe."
"More stable and firmer then the Evo SL. Puma have done a great job with them, postage was super quick also fits true to size. So far used them for daily runs very impressed"
"Absolutely love this trainer. If I had to explain it, I’d say it’s 10% less responsive than an Evo SL but 30% more comfortable. Makes me want to wake up and run!"
"This a stable, responsive trainer ideally suited to medium-fast days, but can perform at slower paces also, The cushioning provides next-level comfort, without being too soft. It is well suited to longer runs."
"Love these shoes, nice and responsive when needing to up the tempo yet comfortable on your easy run. Felt nice and stable underfoot, a great addition to the shoe rotation"
