"These (and the Endorphin Speed 4) have been my go-to shoes over the last 18 months and I'm onto my 4th pair. A true all-rounder shoe. Despite the direct feel and having less foam in them than many of the comparable shoes on the market, I'm still fine to run easy days in them, plus can do everything through threshold sessions to long runs with marathon pace in them. Nylon plate gives back a nice bit of pop without being too stiff and unforgiving. The only thing likely to drop my usage of them down is adding some Endorphin Azuras to the rotation."

"I’ve been really impressed with the Saucony Endorphin Speed 5 — it’s become a staple in my rotation. I mainly use it for tempo sessions and interval training but the biggest standout is how versatile it is. It’s got enough pop and turnover for faster efforts, but still feels smooth and controlled when you back off into an easy pace — especially compared to more aggressive carbon-plated shoes that can feel a bit harsh or force you onto your toes. The ride feels nicely balanced with good energy return without being too demanding, so it works across a range of sessions without needing to swap shoes. Also want to give a big shoutout to Jon from Castle Hill — unreal customer service and really helpful getting me sorted. Definitely recommend if you’re after a proper do-it-all trainer for your weekly mileage."
