Smooth and flowing! The Altra Experience Flow (previously known as AltraFWD Experience) offers a smooth, effortless, and efficient ride. It has comfortable fit and lightweight yet firm ride cushioning, perfect for daily runs, long training runs, or walking around.
The updated two-color engineered mesh provides even more breathability, while the 4mm drop and rocker shape geometry promote a quick and smooth toe-off and stride. The compression-molded midsole foam ensures lightweight and responsive performance. And as always, Altra's FootShape fit allows for a roomy toe box and secure midfoot, allowing you to run as nature intended.

"I’m a big Altra fan, usuallly wear their zero drop shoes. Have wanted to try other shoes, other brands, with a drop for faster running but it’s just never worked out. Hello Altra experience flow! Love them! There’s enough of a drop to make a difference, and my feet are happy. Happy feet, happy me! Love the Altra toe box, love the cushioned heel collar, love the 4mm drop, and love my faster running times. This is my second pair, I have two pairs in rotation."
"They are great multi purpose hiking, jogging and gym shoes"
