It's a Cloudmonster with a layer of Helion HF foam in the forefoot to midfoot, without a Speedboard. The result? A mix of firm and very soft foam lead to a bouncy, plush and responsive ride

"These have served me well as a daily trainer an a variety of terrain but mostly hard surfaces although somewhat trail capable in the dry. Heel stability of this design suits me as does the durability and impermeable upper (sand)."

"Despite reportedly being designed to have a loose toe box, the upper lacks the strength or shape to hold down the foot. This allows the forefoot to move significantly on impact, causing me blistering and knee pain (a first for me). A real shame because the shoe does feel fun underfoot. Overall it feels too slow for a tempo shoe, too uncomfortable for the long run and too expensive for a daily trainer. An allrounder that excels at nothing for a high price tag."
