Softer but need to work harder

"Perfect for LSD, very soft, not for pace if compare to Superblast 2, need more power form your own ankle and legs. Still recommend though, I would consider using Superblast 3 as normal training like easy run, recovery, LSD, but use superblast2 as pace training."
